What is EzzyAds ? |
| |
EzzyAds – located at www.EzzyAds.com – is an SMS (Short Message Service) solutions provider. We currently provide a service that matches buyers and sellers of properties, where buyers will be informed via SMS once advertised properties match their pre-determined criteria, such as budget price, geographical location, whether new or re-sale homes, size etc. |

What kind of property can I register? |
| |
EzzyAds covers all kinds of properties, from residential to commercial. More than just providing information about properties available in the market, EzzyAds can also give users notification about new housing launches and properties that are to be auctioned. |

Is EzzyAds only for people who wish to buy real estate? |
| |
Absolutely not! You can use EzzyAds for rental of properties as well. And these include factories, warehouses, land, – be it agricultural or commercial – office space and rooms too.
In addition, EzzyAds offer matching for automobiles/motorcycles sales and rentals. |

How frequent do I receive messages? |
| |
Assuming you have multiple matches for your choices, each message will be sent every half-hourly, up to a maximum of 16 messages per day, from 9am to 5pm. |

Will duplicated messages be sent to me? |
| |
No, each message will only be sent once to your mobile phone. Our UltraTrax system tags onto the listing number of each entry and once a match has been made, it is never duplicated. |

What is the content of the SMS I receive on my phone? |
| |
You will receive a message similar to a “classified” ad that appears in the newspapers. The content is written by the vendor of the property and may be up to 140 characters long. This is equivalent to almost 8 lines in an 8-column newsprint. |

What if I do not want to receive messages? |
| |
As a buyer, you have the option either to be informed via SMS or if you prefer, for the vendor to contact you directly. In the second instance, your name and telephone number will be revealed to the matching vendor. |

Can the listing details be changed? |
| |
All you need to do is enter a new listing of your properties with the new criteria or changes. You may then delete your old listing. |

Can EzzyAds be used for those who do not have a mobile phone? |
| |
SMS cannot be sent to a user who does not have a mobile phone. However, listings can still be viewed at our website and is accessible to all who browse our site. |

Can EzzyAds handle file attachments? |
| |
Not at this point in time. Depending on carrier infrastructure, a user may be able to, in the near future, receive MMS with images and videos of available properties. Videos may even include a voice-over describing the property in question. Again, use of this feature depends on the type of hand set the buyer has. |

Is my network supported by EzzyAds? |
| |
EzzyAds can be used by the entire mobile network currently available in Malaysia. The supportable networks are CELCOM (013/019), DIGI (016) and MAXIS (012/017), for both pre-paid and post-paid systems. |

How do I start to use EzzyAds? |
| |
Simply log on to our website and complete the registration form. If you do not have access to the internet, call our office at 03 7883 3668 and our friendly staff will register your property over the phone.
Please note that buyers and sellers fill out different forms. If you are involved in both activities, you must register your properties at both locations. |

As a seller, how do I know how many messages are sent out for my listing(s)? |

A member’s page at our website will list down when messages are sent out, prioritised by times and dates for each listing ID. |

Can I link my own page to your site? |
| |
Links are done on a case to case basis. Please contact us with your request. |

What do I do if I lose my username and/or password? |
| |
Your user name is your email address. Retrieving your password is simple: just click on FORGOT PASSWORD and fill in some of your details. We will instantly email to your email address of record together with your user ID and new password. |

Do you have property agents who can assist me? |
| |
Yes, you may choose from our panel of property agents to represent you in buying/selling/renting your property. |

Is registration free for EzzyAds services? |
| |
Yes, registration is FREE! No strings attached!
If you are a buyer, SMS messages will be sent to your mobile phone for as long as a property matches your selected criteria, and you have not de-activated the listing. There are absolutely no hidden costs.
Sellers/Vendors can choose from our 3 Service Packages that suits your need.

Can I earn free SMS credits? |

FREE SMS credits are available during special events or promotions. These events will be displayed on our website from time to time. |
